What is the QSI?
Carrie recently had a QSI for her daughter after a 4-year gap due to COVID. In this Coffee Chat, she asks Scarlett to explain what the QSI is and what a parent should expect when they have a QSI scheduled.
Watch the video here:
If you’re on the Waiver (meaning you receive services), you should expect a QSI every three years. They are also supposed to be conducted with families on the Waitlist to make sure that a child’s circumstances have not drastically changed.
If you have questions about the QSI or other issues facing parents who are on the Waitlist or Waiver, join our Facebook group to interact with both the SNGG Team and other parents.
We have a goal of getting 500 families to apply for the Waitlist this year. Want to find out if you’re eligible to apply for services? Take our quick assessment to find out.
