Scarlett Kibbey was a Waiver Support Coordinator for over ten years. She has been helping families understand and navigate Waiver services for the past five years. Carrie Hunsucker is the mother of a daughter who has been on the Waiver since 2017. Together, Scarlett and Carrie help educate parents about the Medwaiver application, the Consumer-Directed Care Plus program, and more.
