Acronym Soup Part II – CDC and IHS
In this edition of Acronym Soup, Scarlett covers CDC, or CDC Plus, which stands for Consumer-Directed Care. It’s a subset within the regular waiver that allows parents/guardians to have more flexible spending within the Waiver budget. Within the CDC Plus program is IHS, which stands for In-Home Supports. It is only a service within the CDC Plus program.
